Non-profits, like other businesses, come in all sizes. One thing they all have in common is the need to tell the story of what they do, how they make a difference in peoples’ lives, and this is just as true for the big ones as the little ones. Often they need to get the word out not only to donors, but also to the people they could potentially serve who might not know about their services otherwise.

A case in point: Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, which is run by St. Joseph Health (a non-profit), needed to educate people about their Palliative Care unit. What is Palliative Care you ask? Many people confuse it with Hospice, but it’s different, and that difference needed explaining, hence this video. Take a few minutes to watch it, to hear the stories of those who have benefited from Palliative Care. You’ll wonder why you never heard of it before. And that indeed is the point.
