We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We request information from you on our order form. Returns and Refunds
This policy applies ONLY to retail items sold through Visual Story Media, LLC, such as DVDs, Interview Kits and tape- and film-to-video transfers. It does not apply to any other services we may provide, including but not limited to video production services, consulting, and other services.
Thanks for shopping Visual Story Media. It’s a relatively rare occurrence but it does happen occasionally that a defective item goes out, or a purchaser discovers they ordered the wrong performance date. When that happens, we are here to help.
Before sending a defective DVD back: please be aware that some older DVD players and some DVD drives in computers may have a difficult time playing back individually burned DVDs such as the ones we normally send out. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you try playing the DVD in a different player before returning it to confirm that it is indeed defective.
For defective items: You have 30 calendar days to return a defective item for replacement from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please contact us prior to returning it so we can prepare a replacement to send to you. Please understand that we inspect every DVD before we send it out, and that a returned DVD may not be eligible for replacement if it’s scratched or shows other signs of abuse when we receive it. If possible, please return the item in the same packaging in which you received it. Once we have received and confirmed the defective item, a replacement will be sent to you at no charge.
For incorrectly ordered items: You have four calendar days to return an incorrectly ordered item. Please contact us before sending it back and let us know what the correct performance date is that you want, and we will prepare it for shipment. You will need to send the incorrectly ordered DVD back, unused, in its original packaging. As soon as we have received it and verified its condition, a copy of the correct DVD will be sent to you at no charge.
Sorry but we do not offer refunds. Exceptions are occasionally granted on a case-by-case basis. If you feel your purchase should be refunded, please call us so we can review your purchase and make a determination.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
